Costco’s Burlington warehouse on Brant Street is looking for a Stocker to join their floor team.
Day to day, you’ll be working the sales floor, maintaining product levels, ensuring shelves and displays are stocked and orderly, and providing friendly assistance to members as they shop.
About the Role: Stocker
As a Stocker at Costco Burlington, your primary focus is keeping merchandise stocked, well-presented, and safe for members to access. You’ll move between the sales floor and the steel (warehouse storage area), coordinating with supervisors to prioritize stocking needs and maintain high product levels throughout the warehouse.
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe sales floor, including clearing debris, operating equipment like the cardboard bailer and shrink-wrap machine, and following all safety and security procedures. Teamwork and clear communication with supervisors and managers are key parts of this role.

Responsibilities
Stockers at Costco Burlington handle a wide range of tasks that keep the warehouse floor running at full capacity.
- Stock and straighten merchandise on the sales floor, aligning product and maintaining high product levels at all times
- Communicate with supervisors and managers to determine the merchandising plan and identify stocking priorities
- Prepare product for display using a box knife to cut boxes, and wrap or tag pallets for return to steel storage
- Move and position pallets of merchandise using a manual pallet jack; stack product from partial pallets onto full pallets
- Create and verify signage using computer-generated sign tools; mark unmarked product with item numbers using a marking gun
- Set up display models, assembling as needed, and modify displays for safe member access (e.g., bolting heavy equipment, taping blade edges)
- Maintain a clean sales floor by pulling cardboard and slip-sheets, sweeping, removing empty pallets, and operating the cardboard bailer and trash compactor
- Assist members by loading large items into their carts, directing them to products, and sharing product status knowledge
Requirements / Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Licences/Certifications: None required
- Language: For positions at Quebec locations, candidates must be able to communicate in French (oral and written)
- Member service mindset with the ability to provide prompt and courteous assistance on the floor
