About the Role: Team Leader

As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of store associates while ensuring that customer service standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and store safety and cleanliness are consistently upheld. You’ll take on manager-on-duty responsibilities including overseeing breaks, time and attendance, and store opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout each shift
• Manage store merchandising, including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments
• Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and address complaints or issues promptly
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks: overseeing daily breaks, time and attendance tracking
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company strategy
• Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards and contribute to their ongoing maintenance
• Perform cash management and handle store opening and closing duties as required
• Participate in inventory processes and support accurate stock management
• Contribute to employee training and take part in performance evaluations
