About the Role: Associate Service Manager

Tesla offers a competitive annual salary of $84,000 to $126,000 for this position, plus cash and stock awards. Requirements / Skills

  • Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities
  • Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment with strong customer-facing responsibilities
  • Experience with Lean or other process management techniques for running complex operations
  • Valid driver’s licence in Canada
  • Bilingual in French and English (French as mother tongue or equivalent proficiency), with English required for communications with internal and external partners, document analysis, and use of multiple software platforms
