This isn’t a routine product management role. You’ll be shaping the roadmap for call centre management products that serve tens of thousands of Customer Service Associates across the globe, working in over 22 languages and supporting customers around the clock. If you’re driven by data, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by working across engineering, operations, and business verticals, this could be the right move.

About the Role: Senior Product Manager Technical

As a Senior PMT on the Journey Management Team, you’ll define and drive the product roadmap for cloud-based call centre management solutions that scale across Amazon’s global CS network. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with Software Development Engineers, Technical Program Managers, AWS development teams, and retail business verticals to build products that allow customers to engage with CS more seamlessly — removing language barriers and improving personalization at scale.

This role demands both strategic thinking and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. You’ll be expected to make data-informed decisions, advocate for customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level planning, and maintain a strong bias for action — experimenting, iterating, and learning quickly. Downstream impacts on frontline operations are part of every decision you’ll make, so cross-functional awareness is essential.
