Benefits and Salary

The base salary range for this position is $128,100 to $214,000 CAD annually, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon’s total compensation package may also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Additional benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to support health and well-being.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager – Technical for WW Prime Acquisition, your day-to-day work will centre on shaping how Amazon attracts new Prime members across its global retail platform. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with engineering, marketing, and benefit teams to deliver measurable results at scale.

  • Partner closely with global marketing teams, multiple engineering teams, design, and executive stakeholders to deliver product initiatives
  • Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy, making informed trade-offs between technical feasibility and business impact
  • Advocate for customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritisation and planning sessions
  • Manage end-to-end product delivery, from concept through feature launch, in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment

Requirements / Skills
