Commercial & Pricing Manager, Industrial Projects – DHL – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: DHL
DHL Global Forwarding is on the hunt for a sharp, commercially minded Commercial & Pricing Manager, Industrial Projects to join their team across Canada — with positions available in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, or Vancouver in a hybrid work environment. If you’ve spent years navigating the complexities of project logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management and you’re ready to work on the kinds of deals that literally move industries, this is the role to consider.
This isn’t your average pricing desk job. You’ll be working directly on major mining, energy, infrastructure, and industrial project opportunities — helping design and price end-to-end logistics solutions that span air, ocean, road, rail, heavy haul, and specialized project services. You’ll collaborate with global teams, engage with clients, and play a real part in winning some of the most complex logistics contracts on the market.
About the Role: Commercial & Pricing Manager, Industrial Projects
Reporting to the Country Head, Industrial Projects Canada, you’ll lead pricing development for industrial project cargo opportunities from RFQ analysis right through to contract award. This means building detailed cost models, profitability analyses, and commercial pricing strategies that balance client needs with operational feasibility and margin objectives — across some of the most technically demanding logistics scenarios in the industry.
You’ll be deeply embedded in a cross-functional environment, working alongside Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Global Project Logistics teams. Strong stakeholder management, the ability to juggle multiple bids simultaneously, and a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges are all central to success in this position.
