DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. As part of one of the world’s largest logistics companies, you’ll be stepping into a role that keeps global supply chains moving — and doing it at a competitive rate of $21.50/hour on a four-day work week schedule.

This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on accurately picking and packing customer orders, replenishing stock, and keeping operations running smoothly. About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain, your primary responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll work from pick sheets or a handheld computer to locate and retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, ensuring the right product reaches the right destination. The role runs on a Day Shift from 5:35am to 3:45pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday — giving you a built-in long weekend every week.

You’ll be part of a team that takes accuracy, safety, and cleanliness seriously. Maintaining an organized work area and following proper material handling procedures are central to how DHL operates. Whether it’s assisting with physical inventories or transporting orders using non-powered equipment, every task contributes to the broader logistics chain.

This seasonal role pays $21.50/hour. Responsibilities

In this role, your day revolves around keeping the warehouse floor accurate and efficient. From retrieving the right products off the shelves to helping with inventory counts, every task directly impacts the customer experience and the reliability of DHL’s supply chain operations.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support stock integrity
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times
• Replenish or pick product using pick sheets or handheld computer devices

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings some prior warehouse exposure and the physical capability to handle the demands of the job day in and day out.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is the ideal baseline
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
• Comfort working with pick sheets or handheld computers to locate and retrieve products
• Reliability and attention to detail when filling and verifying customer orders
