Order Filler Picker – DHL Supply Chain – Calgary, AB

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. As part of one of the world’s largest logistics companies, this role puts you right at the heart of a fast-moving, essential industry where your work has real impact every single day.

Working a Day Shift schedule from Sunday through Wednesday (5:35 am to 3:45 pm), this four-day work week gives you a unique balance between productive warehouse shifts and meaningful time off. You’ll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently — a straightforward but critical function that keeps operations running smoothly.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. You’ll work with pick sheets or a handheld computer to replenish or pick product, obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves to fulfil each order correctly. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires focus and a commitment to accuracy throughout every shift.

The role also involves transporting orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment, assisting with physical inventories, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential, as is a commitment to following DHL’s safety and security standards at all times.

This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be handling the full order fulfilment process within a busy warehouse environment. From accurately picking and counting product to keeping the workspace safe and organized, every task you perform contributes directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support inventory control
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist in physical inventories as required by the warehouse team

Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a reliable and physically capable candidate who can thrive in a structured, fast-paced warehouse setting. • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is the ideal baseline
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and accuracy when picking and counting orders
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts (Sunday–Wednesday, Day Shift)
