Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a candidate who brings a combination of operational know-how and genuine people leadership skills. The ideal person is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving logistics environment where priorities can shift quickly.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management capacity, preferred
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience, preferred
• Staff management skills, including workload planning, objective setting, and organizational abilities, preferred
