About the Role: Operations Supervisor – Distribution

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a diverse team of frontline warehouse associates. Beyond day-to-day oversight, your role involves coaching and developing your team, building a strong culture of inclusion, and implementing process improvements that keep the operation running efficiently. You’ll track KPIs, report on performance metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance warehouse operations.

Safety is central to this role. You’ll be expected to take proactive steps to ensure health and safety compliance at all times, fostering an environment where safety awareness is part of the everyday culture. Effective communication — between leadership and associates — is equally critical, and you’ll play a key role in keeping that dialogue open, honest, and productive.

Benefits and Salary

This position comes with a national salary range of $62,000 to $75,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and ongoing support
• Foster a team culture of inclusion, belonging, and high performance on the warehouse floor
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management, including achievements, challenges, and operational recommendations
• Uphold health and safety compliance proactively, building a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the site
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to maintain transparency and alignment
• Implement process improvements to optimize overall warehouse operations and efficiency

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management capacity (preferred)
• 1+ year of logistics industry experience (preferred)
• Staff management skills including workload planning and objective setting (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
