About the Role: OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you’ll be responsible for selecting and preparing online orders from different temperature zones, ensuring products are fresh, accurately picked, and properly packed. You’ll verify quantities, check product codes, and apply the right labels so that each order is ready for a smooth handoff to the customer. • Pick and prepare customer orders carefully and accurately from different temperature zone areas, ensuring timely fulfillment
• Pack orders with attention to detail, verifying product selection, quantities, and item codes before sealing
• Select high-quality fresh products and remove any damaged or non-conforming items from orders
• Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels as required
• Organise packed orders efficiently into bins to optimise space while meeting product safety and quality standards
• Assist customers during fulfillment operations and help resolve issues when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, following food hygiene protocols and cleaning spills immediately
• Use equipment safely and perform required safety checks throughout the shift
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
