Responsibilities
Day-to-day work as an OMNI Order Fulfillment Associate covers everything from picking products across temperature zones to packing orders with care and maintaining a safe, sanitary workspace. - Pick and prepare customer orders carefully and accurately from different temperature zone areas, ensuring timely fulfillment
- Pack orders with attention to detail, verifying product selection, quantities, and item codes before sealing
- Select high-quality fresh products and remove any damaged or non-conforming items from orders
- Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels as required
- Organise packed orders efficiently into bins to optimise space while meeting product safety and quality standards
- Assist customers during fulfillment operations and help resolve issues when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, following food hygiene protocols and cleaning spills immediately
- Use equipment safely and perform required safety checks throughout the shift
