Bakery Associate – Walmart – Quebec City, QC

Walmart Canada’s store located at 2700 Boul Laurier in Quebec City is looking for a Bakery Associate to join their team on a temporary (fixed-term) basis. About the Role: Bakery Associate

As a Bakery Associate at Walmart Canada, your primary focus will be ensuring the quality, appearance, and availability of bakery merchandise — including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls. You’ll maintain a fully stocked department, ensure proper pricing and signage, and prepare products according to established thawing and baking guidelines.

This role also involves a strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. You’ll follow cold chain compliance procedures, monitor sell-by and expiration dates, handle product rotation, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Working as part of a collaborative store team, you’ll also support proper ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and display safety.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $19.05 per hour. • Manage product rotation and monitor sell-by and expiration dates
• Process ordering, clearance, and markups/markdowns following proper store procedures
• Secure all displays in a safe and appropriate manner
