Location: Montreal, QC | Company: Walmart
Walmart Canada’s Supercenter in Ville Saint-Laurent, QC is looking for a motivated Stocking 2 Team Lead to help guide the backroom and unloading team. This is a Regular/Permanent, hourly position with a variety of shifts — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights — making it a solid fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on retail environment.
In this role, you won’t just be stocking shelves — you’ll be leading people. You’ll be the go-to person for your team at the start of each shift, keeping operations running smoothly, resolving problems on the fly, and helping associates grow through coaching and training. You’ll assess backroom presentation, carry out merchandising display changes, and make sure shelves are stocked and product is where it needs to be. Customer service remains a central part of the job — greeting shoppers, helping them find what they need, and resolving any concerns that come up.
Safety and security are a key part of daily operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-ticket merchandise is secured, completing daily audits, maintaining safety sweep logs, and keeping the work environment clean and hazard-free in line with company policy. You’ll also support performance management conversations, assist with recruiting and onboarding new associates, and complete administrative tasks through GTA/Workday systems.
