As a Stockperson and Cart Pusher at Walmart Canada, your primary responsibility is to collect shopping carts from cart corrals, the parking lot, and the store perimeter, then return them safely to designated storage areas following Walmart’s approved procedures. You’ll also assist customers in loading their purchases into their vehicles, verify receipts when needed, and respond promptly to requests from the cash registers and customer service desk.

You’ll be expected to follow all safety and emergency procedures, wear required personal protective equipment including steel-toed footwear and a reflective vest, and conduct equipment inspections before use. You’ll also handle light cleaning and maintenance duties, including washroom upkeep, using proper chemical handling and disposal guidelines. This is a flexible position requiring availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Manage high-volume tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring restocking and cart retrieval are completed accurately and on time
