Walmart Canada’s Winnipeg Supercenter is looking for an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join their retail team at 1665 Kenaston Blvd. This is a permanent, hourly position that sits right at the intersection of online retail and in-store operations — a growing area of the business where your work directly shapes the online shopping experience for Canadian customers.

About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus is on ensuring that online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly and on time. You’ll move through different temperature zones in the store, selecting products carefully and confirming quantities, product codes, and labelling before orders go out. Accuracy and attention to detail are central to this role — every order that leaves the store reflects directly on the customer experience.

Beyond fulfillment tasks, you’ll also contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, following food hygiene and safety standards. You’ll operate equipment safely, complete required safety checks, and step in to assist customers when needed. The role calls for flexibility across shifts — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — and a willingness to adapt as business needs change.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $16.15 per hour. Responsibilities

This role keeps you moving through a fast-paced retail environment, handling a high volume of online orders across multiple stages — from picking to packing to dispatch. Precision and consistency matter here, as every step directly affects whether a customer receives the right order in good condition and on time.

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove damaged or unsuitable items to ensure order quality
• Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Support customers and teammates by providing assistance and helping resolve issues during fulfillment operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
