As an Omni Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus is on picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders with precision and care. You’ll work across various areas of the store, selecting fresh and high-quality products, confirming quantities, and completing all required documentation including pick slips and shipping labels. The goal is to ensure every order that goes out the door reflects the standard customers expect from Walmart Canada.

Beyond order fulfillment, you’ll contribute to a clean and safe work environment by following food hygiene protocols, cleaning spills promptly, and conducting required safety checks on equipment. You’ll also interact with customers directly when needed, balancing fulfillment tasks with helpful, positive service. Flexibility across shifts — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — is an important part of this role.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $16.15 per hour. • Pack totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete all required safety checks
