The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15 per hour. Responsibilities

In this role, your primary focus will be on keeping Walmart’s shelves accurately stocked and the store environment safe and organized. You’ll work as part of a team to plan and execute stocking duties based on daily workload and operational needs, while also being a helpful and friendly presence for customers on the floor.

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner throughout your shift
  • Assist customers by promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions
  • Resolve customer concerns and refer issues to the appropriate team member where needed
  • Review workload for assigned areas of the store and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Accurately stock and sign merchandise, maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity
  • Work merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
  • Ensure proper fixtures, supplies, and tools are used to complete necessary stocking tasks
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following Company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
  • Prepare the backroom for the stock unloading process
