Mobile Service Technician – Tesla – Montreal, QC
Location: Montreal, QC | Company: Tesla
Tesla is looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join its team serving the Montreal area. This is a hands-on, road-based role that blends strong technical repair skills with a genuine commitment to customer service — because at Tesla, the two go hand in hand. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on solving problems in the field and takes pride in doing the job right the first time, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be out in the community every day, travelling across the Montreal region under the direction of the Field Service Dispatch Team. The work spans diagnostics, repairs, and direct customer interaction — all in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where continuous improvement is part of the culture. About the Role: Mobile Service Technician
As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll execute diagnostic and repair work across Tesla’s full product line — from basic vehicle work to, following training, high-voltage systems. You’ll manage your own workload effectively, handle multiple priorities, and maintain clear documentation of every repair. Working independently and as part of a broader team, your contributions will directly support repair efficiency and the overall Tesla service experience.
This position also calls for a strong sense of safety awareness and personal accountability. You’ll be expected to maintain your own individual development plan, take ownership of your technical growth, and partner with other teams when needed to ensure every customer receives an exceptional result. Daily communication in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec is a requirement of this role.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers competitive hourly pay that scales with your level of experience and certification. As a full-time employee, you’re eligible for a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including company-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, an RRSP with employer match, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, an Employee Assistance Program, Parental Success Programs, sick and vacation time, paid holidays, the Tesla Babies program, Tesla product perks, and fitness discounts.
