About the Role: Package Handler/Non-Driver

As a Package Handler at the Kirkland Lake FedEx facility, your core responsibility is keeping freight flowing through the warehouse accurately and safely. You’ll handle parcels of varying sizes and weights, operate scanning equipment, and sort packages according to routing requirements. Attention to detail and physical stamina are key to success in this role.

You’ll be expected to complete all required training, including basic and recurrency modules, and maintain any applicable annual accreditations. Requirements / Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset (preferred, not required)

• Physical capability to lift 70 lbs independently and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training successfully
• Bilingual (French and English) required for candidates residing in the province of Quebec
