Parts Advisor – Tesla – Montreal, QC
Location: Montreal, QC | Company: Tesla
Tesla’s Montreal service centre is looking for a Parts Advisor to join its team and play a key role in keeping vehicle service operations running smoothly. If you’re highly organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company pushing the boundaries of sustainable transportation, this could be the right fit for you.
Day to day, you’ll be the go-to person for parts procurement and inventory management at the service centre — coordinating with technicians, communicating availability, and making sure every appointment is properly prepared. It’s a hands-on role that keeps you at the centre of the action in a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
About the Role: Parts Advisor
As a Parts Advisor at Tesla Montreal, you’ll source parts from distribution centres and other service locations, allocate them to scheduled appointments, and maintain accurate records within the parts management system. You’ll also process warranty returns, handle hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries, and prepare internal orders for shipment to other locations — all while keeping inventory tidy and up to date.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with technicians, regional parts managers, and external vendors, flagging issues and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Physical readiness matters too — you’ll be lifting parts, operating a forklift or van, and staying on your feet for much of the shift.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers a competitive compensation package for this role. The hourly pay range varies by level: Parts Advisor I: $19.20–$28.80/hr, Parts Advisor II: $22.40–$33.60/hr, and Parts Advisor III: $25.20–$37.80/hr, plus cash and stock awards. As a full-time Tesla employee, you’ll also be eligible from day one for company-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, an RRSP with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, an Employee Assistance Program, parental success programs, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, the Tesla Babies program, and discounts on Tesla products and gym memberships.
