About the Role: Service Manager

The Service Manager at Tesla is a multi-dimensional leadership position. Tesla offers a competitive annual salary of $96,000 to $144,000 for this position, plus cash and stock awards. Requirements / Skills

Tesla is looking for an experienced leader who is energetic, highly organized, and genuinely motivated by both people and purpose. You don’t need an automotive background — what matters most is your track record of leading service-focused teams in demanding, fast-moving environments. Bilingual fluency in French and English is a firm requirement for this role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry; automotive expertise is not required
  • Experience leading diverse teams and managing a varied group of roles and responsibilities
  • Proven track record leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer-facing responsibilities
  • Experience with Lean or similar methodologies for running complex processes
  • Valid driver’s licence in the country of employment
  • Bilingual in French and English (French as mother tongue or equivalent proficiency); English is required for daily communication with staff and clients outside of Quebec and across all Canadian provinces
