About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

In this role, your daily work revolves around creating meaningful connections with Tesla customers — from the first hello to the handover of keys. Each interaction is an opportunity to educate, inspire, and leave a lasting impression that reflects Tesla’s commitment to a better, more sustainable future.

  • Welcome guests promptly and personally upon entering the showroom, creating an immediately warm and engaging atmosphere
  • Understand customer intent through genuine conversation — learning who they are, what brought them in, and where they are in their purchase journey
  • Educate and inspire by answering questions and curating tailored product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations
  • Conduct delivery orientations that highlight key features and benefits, ensuring new owners feel confident and enthusiastic about their Tesla
  • Support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and flagging high-intent buyers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing Tesla owners at every touchpoint

Requirements / Skills
