About the Role: Service Supervisor

As a Service Shop Supervisor at Tesla, you’ll be directly responsible for the performance and development of your technician team. You’ll own the day-to-day rhythm of the service floor — setting the pace, resolving issues, and continuously improving how work gets done. You’ll serve as the process leader for all shop activities, ensuring work standards are clearly defined and consistently improved.

Responsibilities

The Service Supervisor role is a blend of people leadership and operational management. You’ll be responsible for keeping the shop floor productive and your team engaged, while also acting as the bridge between frontline technicians and service centre management.   • Lead and coach a team of technicians to meet service output goals while maintaining high levels of engagement

  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and key stakeholders to set targets for quality, speed, and cost
  • Monitor safety compliance to ensure all employees adhere to safety regulations and the service centre’s safety program
  • Manage schedules and work with employees to resolve technical and personnel issues as they arise
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members on a regular basis to support professional development and track training requirements
