Operations Specialist, Sales, Service, Delivery & Collision Finance – Tesla – Vancouver, BC
Location: Vancouver, BC | Company: Tesla
Tesla’s Vancouver team is looking for an Operations Specialist to take ownership of finance operations across vehicle sales, delivery, service, collision, and financial processes — for both new and used vehicles. This is a role where precision, accountability, and strong relationship-building are central to everything you do each day.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoy working at the intersection of customer experience and financial operations, this position offers a meaningful challenge. You’ll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — protecting revenue integrity while ensuring customers and internal teams get what they need.
About the Role: Operations Specialist, Finance
At the heart of this role is financial integrity. Your primary responsibility is to verify that full payment is secured for every vehicle departing — regardless of whether it’s through delivery, service, or collision channels. You’ll act as the lead for resolving revenue recognition cases, overseeing payment operations including allocations, overpayments, and underpayments across your assigned sites. You’ll also manage finance applications, purchase orders, and funding across your customer portfolio, working closely with both B2C and B2B Account Managers to continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with local Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless vehicle transactions and a streamlined finance customer experience. You’ll proactively contact customers via outbound calls to address overdue account issues and serve as the final auditor on all transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.40 – $43.56/hour, plus cash and stock awards. As a full-time employee, you’ll be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package from day one of hire, including company-paid Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance, RRSP with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, an Employee Assistance Program, Parental Success Programs, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, the Tesla Babies program, and employee discounts on Tesla products and fitness perks.
