Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Supervisor role encompasses a broad range of duties tied to regulatory compliance, quality systems oversight, and team leadership. Requirements / Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant work experience (required); a graduate degree is preferred

- Quality certification such as RAC or Six Sigma (preferred)
- 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience, ideally overseeing a quality system in a complex or matrix organisation (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication skills to serve as a QA customer contact and collaborate with cross-functional teams
