DHL Supply Chain is on the lookout for a Global Process Senior Expert – Master Data Management to join their team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a strategic, high-impact role at the heart of a global digital transformation initiative, where your expertise will shape how master data is governed and optimized across one of the world’s leading logistics organizations.

At its core, this position is about bridging the gap between business operations and technology. You’ll be working across Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay process towers, collaborating with global stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure master data standards are airtight, consistent, and driving smarter decisions across the business worldwide.

About the Role: Global MDM Process Tower Sr Expert

As the Global MDM Process Senior Expert, you will lead governance and continuous improvement of Master Data Management processes while actively supporting the migration of Supply Chain entities to the OneCloud ERP platform. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert for data migration, Chart of Accounts conversion, and M&A integration projects, ensuring every transition meets the highest standards of data quality and process integrity.

Beyond the technical work, this role carries a real leadership dimension. You’ll be mentoring colleagues, delivering training and user support globally, and leading small to mid-sized MDM projects — managing plans, risks, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities

In this global role, your day-to-day work spans process design, ERP migration support, stakeholder collaboration, and project leadership. Every responsibility contributes directly to data quality, operational consistency, and the success of DHL Supply Chain’s digital transformation agenda.

• Design and govern global Master Data Management processes across OTC, PTP, and RTR process towers, continuously identifying improvements
• Support OneCloud ERP migrations by leading master data conversion, alignment, and deployment activities
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to drive standardized, high-quality master data practices
• Serve as subject matter expert for data migration, Chart of Accounts conversion, and M&A integration projects
• Define and maintain global master data standards, governance frameworks, controls, and process documentation
• Monitor data quality and performance KPIs, identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional process teams to ensure seamless integration of master data across end-to-end business processes
• Support implementation, testing, and optimization of ERP, finance, reporting, and MDM solutions
• Provide training and guidance to promote adoption of MDM standards and best practices globally
• Lead small to mid-sized MDM projects, managing plans, risks, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing expertise and supporting development of MDM capabilities across the organization

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in Master Data Management and finance systems, combined with hands-on experience in Oracle Financials and relational databases. DHL Supply Chain values professionals who can translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences on a global scale.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, Finance Systems, or Business Process Management (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of accounting, finance, or Oracle Financials experience (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience with relational databases and SQL (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience with programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic, or PL/SQL (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle DRM, Oracle FDMEE, or other MDM tools (required)
• Proven ability to deliver ad hoc reporting and translate complex data into actionable business insights (required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced proficiency in MS 365 applications including Excel Power Query (preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (required)
