About the Role: Group Coordinator Lead
As a Group Coordinator Lead at DHL Supply Chain, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day direction of your work group. That means training new associates, reviewing documents for accuracy, and keeping daily workloads on schedule. You’ll play a direct part in how efficiently the team functions each shift.
Beyond managing tasks, this role involves maintaining accurate records and logs, enforcing safe work practices, and being the point of communication between associates and supervisors. Workplace safety and compliance are central to what DHL expects from its team leaders at every level.

Responsibilities
As a Group Coordinator Lead, your day-to-day work centres on keeping your team informed, on task, and performing safely. You’ll serve as the direct link between associates and management, ensuring that operations run according to schedule and that every associate has the direction they need to succeed.
- Conduct training for new associates joining the work group
- Assign and manage daily workloads and work schedules for the team
- Monitor performance of associates within the work group and track progress
- Review documents prepared by team members for accuracy and legibility
- Maintain accurate records and logs on an ongoing basis
- Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods clearly to associates
- Report unsafe conditions to a supervisor when they cannot be self-corrected
- Open and/or close and secure the building as directed
- Operate forklift equipment as required within the warehouse environment
Requirements / Skills
DHL is looking for someone who brings practical warehouse experience and is comfortable stepping into a leadership role. The right candidate takes initiative, communicates well, and holds themselves and their team to a high standard when it comes to accuracy and safety.
- 6–12 months of warehouse experience in a similar environment
- 6–12 months of forklift operation experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or completion of a forklift training program within the first 30 days of employment (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily workloads effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide direction to a team
