About the Role: Full-Time Package Driver

Responsibilities
Each day as a UPS Package Driver in Saskatoon, you’ll be out on the road representing one of Canada’s most recognized logistics brands. Your work directly impacts customers who rely on timely, accurate deliveries — making your role a critical part of the UPS operation.
- Deliver and pick up packages to and from residential and commercial properties along assigned routes
- Learn and execute UPS safe driving methods to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road
- Lift, lower, and carry packages continuously throughout the shift, including items up to 70 lbs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- Practise safe transportation methods while travelling to and from all delivery destinations
- Maintain excellent customer contact at each stop, providing a professional and courteous experience
- Comply with UPS appearance guidelines to uphold the company’s professional image in the community
- Ensure efficiency and dedication in all daily tasks to deliver the best possible customer service
Requirements / Skills
UPS is looking for candidates who are physically capable, safety-conscious, and ready to represent the company professionally on every delivery. A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record is non-negotiable for this role, and reliability across a full Monday-to-Friday schedule is expected.
- Class 5 Full (non-GDL) Driver’s Licence is required
- Current Personal Driver’s Abstract (within the last 30 days) must be provided — must show no licence suspensions or revocations in the last five years, no at-fault accidents in the last three years, and no tickets within the last twelve months
- Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- 21 years of age or older to meet local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
- Availability to work 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, 45+ hours a week
- Excellent communication and driving skills for strong customer interactions throughout the day
- Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines as part of professional on-road representation
