This means keeping displays and fixtures secure, ensuring proper signage is in place, and replenishing seasonal items in a timely manner. You’ll also merchandise non-modular fashion items and make sure the right fixtures and supplies are being used throughout the department.
Beyond stocking duties, this role puts you front and centre with customers. You’ll be expected to greet customers warmly, assist them in locating merchandise, promote products and services, and help resolve any concerns that come up. Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment is also a core part of the job — including completing safety sweep logs and keeping displays secure in accordance with company policy.
