Benefits and Salary

Amazon offers a competitive base salary of $75,000 to $105,000 CAD annually for this position in Nisku, AB. As a total compensation company, Amazon’s package may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Requirements / Skills

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience, demonstrating the ability to engage and develop hourly workforces

  • Experience managing large teams (50+ members) is preferred and considered a strong asset
  • Process improvement knowledge — familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen methodologies is an advantage
  • Industry background in shipping/logistics, distribution centres, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or customer-facing environments is preferred
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to identify root causes and drive improvements
