Responsibilities

This role carries broad accountability across team leadership, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement.   • Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, from requirements intake and planning through to implementation
  • Develop and recommend technical solution options, including data and system architecture, for new applications and business processes
  • Coordinate and review team deliverables to ensure alignment with cost, quality, and timeline expectations
  • Communicate proactively with IT, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to deliver defined project outcomes
  • Provide second-level escalation support for technical issues as required
  • Act as primary liaison with external partners and vendors on corporately sponsored initiatives
  • Support performance management through feedback cycles and the annual review process
  • Identify and report risks to Manager and Leadership with recommended mitigation actions

Requirements / Skills

  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
