About the Role: Tesla Advisor, Sales

As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll be the face of the brand in the showroom. Your primary focus is guiding prospective customers through their exploration of Tesla’s product lineup — answering questions, generating excitement, and moving buyers through the sales and delivery process with confidence and care. You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, contributing directly to monthly targets and KPIs.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may occasionally perform direct deliveries to customer homes. Tesla offers competitive hourly compensation for this role. The Tesla Advisor, Sales 2 level pays between $23.76 and $35.64 per hour, while the Tesla Advisor, Sales 3 level pays between $30.29 and $45.44 per hour — plus cash and stock awards at both levels. Responsibilities

Day to day, a Tesla Advisor plays a critical role in shaping how customers experience the brand. From the moment someone walks through the showroom door to the day they take delivery of their vehicle, you’re there every step of the way — educating, guiding, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for meaningful conversations
  • Educate and excite prospective customers through various channels about Tesla’s full range of product offerings
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collecting customer information and facilitating test drives for potential buyers
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, including customer education, vehicle preparation, and document completion
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
