This isn’t a typical car sales position. As a Tesla Advisor, you’re an educator, a brand ambassador, and a customer experience specialist all in one. Whether someone walks into the showroom for the first time or is picking up their new vehicle, your job is to make that experience genuinely memorable and seamless from start to finish.

About the Role: Tesla Advisor, Sales

Day to day, you’ll be engaging with walk-in guests, fielding enquiries across multiple channels, and guiding prospective buyers through Tesla’s full product lineup. You’ll manage your own sales pipeline, coordinate test drives, handle paperwork, and support customers all the way through to delivery — including, at times, delivering vehicles directly to customers’ homes.

Success in this role means hitting and exceeding your monthly sales and KPI targets, staying sharp on EV trends and local incentives, and bringing genuine enthusiasm for sustainable energy to every customer interaction. You’ll need to be highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
