Bakery Commercial Clerk Part Time Evening – Loblaws – Kingston, Ontario

Loblaws is looking for a Bakery Commercial Clerk to join the team at their Kingston, Ontario location on a part-time evening basis. About the Role: Bakery Commercial Clerk

As a Bakery Commercial Clerk, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the department’s appearance and product availability throughout your shift. This includes stocking shelves, setting up promotions, and ensuring that product scanning is accurate. You’ll work within Loblaws’ established standards to keep the department running smoothly and looking its best.

Health and safety are a priority in this role. You’ll be expected to keep your department area neat, follow all health and safety standards, and support your team in delivering a consistently positive shopping experience. The ability to work independently while staying aligned with your team’s goals is key.

Benefits and Salary

This is a unionised position, and the hiring range is $17.95 – $18.45 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The range stated reflects the starting rate for this role. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be actively moving throughout the store to keep the bakery department stocked, organised, and operating to Loblaws’ standards. Your contributions help ensure that every customer who walks through the door finds what they’re looking for with ease.

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves according to company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs as instructed
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards at all times
