About the Role: Package Handler

As a Package Handler, your core responsibility is keeping the flow of parcels moving efficiently through UPS’s warehouse facility. You’ll work Monday to Friday on afternoon shifts that start between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM and wrap up between 9:30 PM and 11:30 PM, averaging 3 to 5 hours per day. Flexibility is required as start and finish times can shift depending on operational needs. Applicants must be available and legally able to work up to 25 hours per week.

The work takes place inside a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary, including inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles. This position starts at a pay rate of $18.15 per hour, with automatic pay rate progression under the existing Union Collective Agreement — reaching a top rate of $30.11/hr after 48 months.
