This isn’t a typical operational support role. As the Sr. ITSM Service Integration Specialist, you’ll be accountable for the design, governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of CTC’s enterprise Service Portfolio. You’ll act as a key bridge between application and service owners and the operational teams who manage and consume service portfolio data and relationships — while also providing enterprise-level governance to ensure alignment with organizational standards, audit requirements, and business outcomes.

About the Role: Sr ITSM Service Portfolio Specialist

At its core, this role centres on ensuring the integrity and strategic value of CTC’s IT Service Management (ITSM) ecosystem. You’ll lead the design and implementation of Service Portfolios in compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) v5 best practices, oversee CMDB data quality, and manage services through their full lifecycle — from inception to retirement. You’ll also guide the integration of enterprise technology lifecycle processes to support strategic application and technology roadmap planning.

Collaboration is a significant part of this role. You’ll partner with service owners, application teams, architecture, and governance functions to enforce clear ownership of service and configuration data. You’ll also act as a governance and escalation point for service portfolio and CMDB activities delivered by managed service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance expectations. Contributing to KPIs, dashboards, and analytics that drive business insights is also part of your mandate.
