Responsibilities
The Stocker role at Costco is all about keeping the warehouse floor stocked, safe, and visually consistent. From managing pallets to serving members directly, each task plays a part in delivering the smooth shopping experience Costco members expect.
- Stock and straighten merchandise throughout the warehouse, aligning products and maintaining high product levels on shelves

- Use a box knife to cut boxes for product display and accessibility, and to cut twine or shrink-wrap from pallets
- Operate a manual pallet jack to move and position pallets of merchandise safely on the sales floor
- Create computer-generated signage and ensure correct product signage is displayed at all times, marking unmarked items with a marking gun
- Set up and modify display models, including assembling units and ensuring safe handling by members (e.g., bolting heavy equipment, taping blade edges)
- Clear and clean the sales floor by pulling cardboard, sweeping debris, removing empty pallets, and operating the bailer and trash compactor
- Assist members by helping load large items into their carts, directing them to products, and sharing product status knowledge
Requirements / Skills
