About the Role: Sr Solutions Design Analyst
As a Senior Solutions Design Analyst at DHL Supply Chain, you’ll support the pursuit of new business by leveraging technology to design tailored supply chain solutions. This includes developing engineering designs that incorporate the appropriate mix of labour, technologies, warehouse management systems, and equipment. You’ll also take on re-engineering projects within existing operations, identifying process improvement opportunities and integrating new technologies such as robotics where applicable.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of business development and operational engineering, contributing to both the design of new supply chain solutions and the improvement of existing ones. Your work will directly influence how DHL delivers value to its clients, making precision and creative problem-solving essential day-to-day competencies.
- Support new business development through active participation in solution design projects tied to client acquisition
- Develop engineering designs incorporating the appropriate use of labour, technologies, systems, and equipment
- Provide analytical and WMS design support on implementation projects from concept through to execution
- Identify process improvement opportunities within existing operations as part of re-engineering initiatives, including the integration of robotics
- Manage complex data sets and conduct statistical analysis to support strategy team decisions
- Drive and support development of new and innovative services and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Conduct ROI analysis by comparing different solution options to guide informed business decisions
Requirements / Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience (required)
- 3+ years of experience working in a supply chain environment (required)

- Ability to analyse and summarise large data sets with accuracy and clarity (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation (required)

- Solutions design experience within a supply chain or logistics context (preferred)
