Job Summary & Tips for Applying

AI-generated summary and tips to help you highlight your strengths effectively.

Quick Summary & What to Highlight: The Front End Team Lead at Walmart Canada in Mascouche is a permanent hourly role starting at $21.85/hour, covering all shifts. Because the duties centre on leading team huddles, coaching associates and coordinating front-end coverage, a resume that shows team leadership or supervisory experience and customer service in a retail or service setting will be most relevant to what the posting asks for.

Resume & Application Tips: The posting uses terms like Team Huddle, front-end operations and performance management directly; using those phrases on your resume helps connect your experience to the role’s language. If you’ve coordinated shifts, handled scheduling or trained new staff, describe those duties with numbers where you can: for example, “trained and onboarded 5 new cashiers over a 3-month period” gives a concrete sense of scale. List any experience with Workday or similar HR/scheduling platforms, since GTA/Workday tasks are listed as a direct responsibility.

Interview Preparation: Prepare a specific example of a time you resolved a customer concern under pressure and another where you coached or corrected a team member’s performance. The posting lists morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts, so be ready to speak clearly about your availability across all of them. Since the posting does not state a minimum number of hours per week, it is worth asking whether the position is scheduled as full-time or part-time, and what a typical weekly schedule looks like for this role.
