About the Role: Senior Product Manager, WW Prime Member Growth

As the Senior Product Manager for the Prime Acquisition team, you’ll own the full lifecycle of acquisition-focused product development — from vision and roadmap definition through to delivery and iteration. You’ll be responsible for offers-driven growth, collaborating closely with multiple engineering teams to bring products to life that attract new Prime members worldwide.

Benefits and Salary

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package for this role. The base salary range for Vancouver, BC is $115,800 to $193,400 CAD annually, with total compensation potentially including sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also provides comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and access to additional resources supporting health and well-being.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle of Prime acquisition offers, from strategic roadmapping through to launch and optimization. Your work will directly influence how Amazon attracts and retains Prime members across multiple international markets, making stakeholder alignment and data-driven decision-making central to your day-to-day.

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Prime member acquisition through offers including trials, incentives, and third-party partnerships
  • Partner with engineering teams across the organization to drive execution and on-time delivery of product features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with science, design, legal, and executive teams to deliver the best possible customer experience while optimizing for Prime outcomes
  • Work with local teams worldwide to develop and execute a WW acquisition strategy that aligns with central goals while accommodating regional nuances
  • Own detailed product requirements and ensure feature delivery involves thoughtful tradeoffs aligned with business priorities
  • Earn trust of senior stakeholders by communicating clearly, using data to support decisions, and managing complexity effectively
  • Navigate a highly matrixed environment while maintaining an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Roadmap strategy and definition experience, including owning and driving the end-to-end process
  • End-to-end product delivery experience, with a track record of shipping features and navigating tradeoffs
  • Experience as a product manager or owner of technology products
  • Ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights (asset)
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills — experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders (asset)
