As Senior Operations Manager, your day-to-day will centre on leading and developing a team of supervisors, streamlining workflows, and ensuring your site hits its key performance indicators. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll wear many hats — from coaching frontline supervisors to collaborating with customers on service quality.   • Lead and develop a diverse team of supervisors and indirect reports through coaching, guidance, and a strong culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Design and implement efficient workflows, labour plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce operational costs
  • Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and actively foster a culture of heightened safety awareness across the site
  • Compile and analyze comprehensive KPI reports — including productivity and accuracy metrics — to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate open communication between leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and effective teamwork
  • Partner with Human Resources on the hiring process for supervisors, providing input on candidate selection aligned with company values and role requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
  • Engage with customers proactively to address concerns and deliver exceptional satisfaction outcomes

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
  • 1+ year of logistics industry experience is required
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or management role is required

  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on operational KPIs
