• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lb / 22.7 kg as needed
• Operate a personal vehicle across all kinds of weather and traffic conditions in a safe and professional manner

• Valid provincial driver’s licence — Class 5 or G, permanent

• Personal vehicle meeting Canada Post’s cargo requirements: minimum 50 cu ft (1,415 L) cargo capacity, automatic transmission, power windows, metal roof-top with accessory power outlet, and window sill height between 38″ and 45″ from the ground
• Automobile liability insurance for vehicle use while employed, with notification to your insurer
• Experience making deliveries and operating a motor vehicle in various weather and traffic conditions
• Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb / 22.7 kg
