About the Role: Regional Campaign Lead

As the Regional Campaign Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic outbound campaigns and demand generation programs. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving regional campaign strategy from concept through to execution and post-program analysis. Every initiative you lead contributes directly to market growth and brand awareness for Tesla across the region, making strong organizational and communication skills essential at every step.

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of high-impact events, media opportunities, and self-serve expansion efforts aligned with company goals and leadership expectations
  • Exercise independent judgement to resolve logistical and operational challenges during event planning and execution with Tesla’s best interests in mind
  • Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, local media, and cross-functional teams to enhance event logistics and drive regional community engagement
  • Negotiate with external stakeholders to surface opportunities for leadership that meaningfully advance Tesla’s mission
  • Monitor event KPIs, conduct post-event reviews, and apply data-driven insights to refine processes and scale successful regional strategies
  • Provide strategic insights and suggestions to leadership to help shape the regional growth curve as a top-of-funnel initiatives leader
  • Manage regional budgets and optimize resource allocation to support regional growth objectives

Requirements / Skills

  • Vendor negotiation experience — ability to manage partnerships and contracts with minimal oversight, and proficiency in budget management for scalable programs
  • Project management skills — ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills across both internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical skills to evaluate opportunities using data, trends, and tools to measure program effectiveness
  • Valid driver’s licence, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and willingness to travel up to 50%
