Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Tesla
Tesla is looking for an Operations Specialist, Sales, Service, Delivery & Collision Finance to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time role sitting at the intersection of finance operations and customer experience, where you’ll play a central part in keeping vehicle transactions — across new and used cars — running smoothly and accurately.
Day to day, you’ll be managing payment verification, resolving revenue recognition cases, and working alongside Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure every vehicle that leaves a Tesla location has been properly accounted for. It’s a role that demands both precision and people skills in equal measure.
About the Role: Operations Specialist
At its core, this position is about safeguarding financial integrity across Tesla’s vehicle operations. You’ll be the person ensuring that every transaction — whether it’s a delivery, service visit, or collision repair — is fully paid before the vehicle departs. That means managing payment allocations, overpayments, and underpayments, and serving as the final auditor on all transactions processed through your sites.
Beyond the numbers, you’ll be the bridge between finance and frontline teams. Collaboration with B2C and B2B Account Managers is a regular part of the job, as is proactively identifying process improvements and escalating issues before they become problems. Compliance with internal policies and financial regulations is non-negotiable in this role — you’ll be expected to uphold industry standards at every step.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers competitive compensation for this position, with the Accounting Support Specialist II level coming in at $26.40 – $39.60 per hour, plus cash and stock awards. As a full-time employee, you’ll be eligible for a strong benefits package from day one, including company-paid Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance, an RRSP with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, an Employee Assistance Program, Parental Success Programs, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, the Tesla Babies program, and access to Tesla product discounts and a perks program.
