Day to day, you’ll be embedded as a strategic recruiting partner with Tesla’s Sales leadership, managing a busy pipeline of roles and candidates. You’ll be responsible for everything from sourcing passive talent to guiding hiring managers through the process — all while delivering a standout experience to every candidate you work with.

About the Role: Recruiter, Sales

As a Recruiter on the Sales team, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions across Tesla’s North America Sales organization. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Tesla’s North America Sales team — from building talent pipelines to closing candidates.   • Review internal and external applications to identify strong candidates for open Sales roles
  • Source passive candidates using creative, non-traditional outreach strategies
