Quality Technician II – DHL Supply Chain – Bolton, ON
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Quality Technician II to join their team in Bolton, Ontario. About the Role: Quality Technician II
In this position, you’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day quality assurance activities across a warehouse and co-packing facility. That includes conducting quality audits and inspections, maintaining documentation, and monitoring compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. You’ll also play a supporting role in QA training for both new and existing associates.
Working closely with the Quality Assurance, Operations Performance, and Process Improvement teams, you’ll help drive quality initiatives that make a real difference. You’ll also assist with coordinating QA licensing, permit, and registration activities — making attention to detail and a compliance-first mindset essential in this role.
Benefits and Salary
This full-time position pays $23.25 per hour, and full-time associates are eligible to qualify for monthly performance incentive bonuses. The benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, standard long-term disability, basic life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability. Responsibilities
As a Quality Technician II at DHL Supply Chain in Bolton, your day-to-day will revolve around maintaining the integrity of the Quality Management System and ensuring all operations meet regulatory and customer standards. - Perform quality audits, inspections, and thorough documentation of findings

Requirements / Skills
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in a quality control or quality assurance setting, ideally in a warehouse, manufacturing, or food environment. DHL values candidates who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to upholding compliance standards in a fast-paced operation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum 6 months of QC/QA experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (food industry experience is a strong asset)
- Forklift operator certificate or willingness to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field of study is preferred
- Flexibility to work other shifts when coverage is needed due to vacations or absences
