Responsibilities

Working at the front lines of postal service in Golden Lake, your responsibilities will cover everything from customer interaction to mail processing. Each task contributes to keeping the community connected and ensuring customers leave the counter satisfied.

  • Sell postal products and services to the public and local business community
  • Sort and distribute mail into appropriate classifications efficiently and accurately
  • Process mail and ensure proper handling throughout the sorting and distribution cycle

  • Resolve delivery and service difficulties thoroughly and in a timely manner
  • Handle cash transactions accurately as part of retail counter services

Requirements / Skills

  • Scheduling flexibility to be available for temporary, on-call work as required
