Responsibilities
The Parts Advisor role covers a broad range of daily tasks that keep the service centre running smoothly. - Source parts from Distribution Centres and other service centre locations and allocate them to vehicle service appointments

- Prepare internal orders for shipment to other service centre locations
- Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance, including handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries
- Receive, inspect, and put away stock and special-order parts systematically
- Escalate parts issues from internal or external suppliers in collaboration with the Regional Parts Manager, acting as a point of contact to vendors
- Pick up and transport parts using a van or forklift, engaging third parties when necessary
