• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management capacity (preferred)
• 1+ year of logistics industry experience (preferred)
• Staff management skills including workload planning, objective setting, and team organization
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
