Responsibilities

This role encompasses a wide range of operational and leadership responsibilities. From managing warehouse workflows and labour planning to compiling performance reports and engaging directly with customers, the Operations Manager II is expected to be a visible, active leader who drives results through their team every single day.

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports through coaching, guidance, and ongoing support
  • Design and implement efficient workflows, labour plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce operational costs
  • Uphold health and safety compliance proactively, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness across the facility
  • Compile and analyze comprehensive reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics to support continuous improvement
  • Facilitate open communication between leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork
  • Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to support the hiring and selection of high-quality Supervisors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and timely fulfillment of customer orders

Requirements / Skills
